Can I order by phone?
Yes. Please call 734-478-7405 Monday through Saturday from 9am to 7pm EST and leave a message if you get our recording. We will be prompt in returning your call.
Can I order by mail?
Yes. When you reach the final checkout page with your complete order, including shipping costs, print that out. Send you order along with cash, check or certified check to: Playroom Furniture for Kids, 17201 W. Pleasant Lake Road, Manchester, Mi. 48158. Be sure to include your mailing address and phone number in case we have questions. Your check must clear the bank before your item can be shipped. Certified check orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Can I purchase a Gift Certificate?
We can either mail or email gift certiciates to you or your gift recipient.
How do I pay for my order?
To pay with a credit card, click "view Cart" to begin the checkout process. You can purchase using your credit card via Authorize.Net.
Can I pay using PayPal?
No. We have chosen to use Authorize.Net for our payment processing. You may use any credit card with this service.
What if something is damaged?
Your satifaction as a customer is very important to us. If an item is damaged in shipping or is defective upon arrrival, please save all the packing material and contact us immediately to have your item replaced free of charge. We will pay for return shipping for any damaged product.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are determined by weight. It will be calculated at the end of your order. We are having a half off shipping discount and will adjust your order accordinly through March 2010.
Can I return something?
Yes, please contact us before you return the item. Please use original packing material and return with the packing slip within 21 days of receiving your order, however, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
How will my order be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days by UPS Ground directly from the manufacturer. For larger items, truck shipping price will need to be determined.
Is gift wrapping available?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this service. Please specifiy if this is a gift so that no prices are shown on the order.
Should I be worried about lead paint on products?
Our paints and sealers are all lead-free, and in some cases specially formulated for children. You can purchase with confidence that our products are non-toxic to children.
I don't live in the US. Can I order from your website?
We are only able to deliver to locations in the continental U.S. at this time. We can process your order and deliver to a U.S. address if you're able to pay via credit card using PayPal or through your PayPal account.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and military addresses?
Not at this time. Currently, we ship only within the continental USA.
Can I get a catalog?
We currently do not have a printed catalog.
